Expose and improve the weaknesses of the justice system which is unable to enforce the Law and the rights of victims. Namely:
Modify the grotesque 2000 year-old Latin rule "Ignorantia juris non excusat" (ignorance of the law is not a justification for non compliance) - which was made to prevent criminals from using stupid excuses such as that "they didn't know killing people was against the law" - but is preventing victims of crimes from seeking help and justice, because many times victims are aware of the acts committed against them, but do not know they are crimes. And even when they do, they may be (and almost always are) emotionally too upset and scared to file complaints within the 6 months period. They are trying to survive, not thinking about gathering "proofs" to present to cold-hearted lawyers and judges.
Increase the time period to file complaints, which is now 6 months in most countries for most semi-public crimes. For example, for most of the crimes of violence, such as rape, if victims do not file a complaint within a period of 6 months because they didn't know they could, or they are emotionally upset or subject to threats, he or she lose the right to complain forever. This is a law that protects criminals, not the victims. -
Educate judges towards areas of knowledge they seem to be totally unaware of, through mandatory programs of training. For example:
- Behavior of psychopaths, who are capable of lying in court, cry and present themselves as the "real victims", when, in fact, they are predators who can simulate human emotions but feel none.
- Psychological biases such as "aura effect" and "Dunning Krugger effect" that cause human beings to make drastically wrong assumptions about other people - which is not acceptable in judges.
-
Make family judges accountable. Judges are human beings and all human beings are subject to biases and mistakes. However, judges benefit from impunity unlike any other human being, because they cannot be sued for a judgment they have rendered and, in the rare case they are accused of any wrongdoing, they will be judged by another judge, who will naturally feel some empathy towards his/her colleague. If a
- Expose and prosecute lawyers who exploit victims, accept to represent them without being fully habilitated to do so, charge unrealistic fees and later abandon them, leaving them more vulnerable than before.
All about us
Who we are
- We are a group of FATHERS, victims of domestic violence and abuse, committed against us and our children.
- We are MEN and CHILDREN victims of obsolete laws, dishonest lawyers and discriminatory judges.
- We are MEN, CHILDREN and WOMEN who loath violence and reject gender-oriented “slogans” that perpetuate disgusting stereotypes that imply that women are “usually” the victims and men are “usually” the aggressors.
- We are HUMAN BEINGS and that's the only gender we recognize regarding VIOLENCE. We reject all types of labeling, either by words or images, that stereotypes one gender as "good" and another as "evil". We recognize only VICTIMS and AGRESSORS, and we remind that besides women and men, there are also children and persons that identify as neither. Those can be VICTIMS TOO.
Of course not. And nobody did, this is a made up image.
Of course not. And nobody did, this is a made up image.

But this is not a made up image. This is a real website. This is one of thousands of hate messages that depict men as evil beings and ignore that “non-women” – which includes children – are also victims of domestic violence.
Our Mission
s
1
It is our mission to stop discrimination against men, children and other genders that are represented, explicitly or implicitly, as "evil"; and abolish "hate" communication campaigns that perpetuate the "violent male" stereotype.
And to explain that women are human beings no worse and no better than any other human beings and cannot claim "equal rights" (that they absolutely deserve) while trashing other genders and considering themselves entitled to special treatment.
2
It is our mission to raise world-wide awareness to the flawed “justice” system that is in place in some “developed” countries, with partial judges and dishonest lawyers causing immense suffering to the men, women and children that they should protect. We hope some serious international media attention may change the situation and make them accountable.
3
It is our mission to help victims of any gender, but especially those who have less associations already supporting them (i.e. heterossexual men), by talking less and doing more. We pursue justice and equity for all, and therefore we must help those who have less now.
This situation is ubiquitous in most women-centric Western countries, but does not apply to many Asia and Middle-East countries where saddly women are still treated as inferior beings.
Ethics and Values
We only present true facts and testimonials
More than opinions, we present facts, supported by references to the relevant sources (including studies or academic papers are presented).
We also try to share as many testimonials as possible, told by those who lived – or are still living – desperate situations. These are people that we know personally and were able to verify the truthfulness of their statements.
It was our intention to use this platform to give a voice to victims all around the world who don’t have one and feel they have been treated unfairly either by their lawyers, justice system, governments, etc.
However, we realized it is no easy task to tell honest people from liars, so, at this stage, besides the comments than anyone can post in the site (subject to strict guidelines and validation) we cannot accept testimonials from remote users.
We preserve privacy and anonymity
In most cases, there are children involved and real threats against victim’s safety, either by the aggressors, or by dishonest judges/politics/lawyers/powerful people who do not wish to see their identities disclosed.
Victims may, or may not, be members of our association – they will be treated with the same level of respect and care for their safety. All members or the organization are forbidden, by the statutes, to disclose personal information about victims.
Press
We warmly welcome members of the Press, duly identified as such, especially Investigative Reporters to listen to the testimonials and examine many peculiar documents that we cannot show, or even mention, here.
Cause no harm
We will intentionally cause no harm to anyone. This group is about helping victims and seeking justice (in court), not “revenge” against aggressors.
Our legal status
We are a very recent organization that started to take shape in 2026. We decided to create the website first to share our project and gather momentum and members – so please join us now!
The name of our association has already been submitted to the Portuguese Government for approval under the number 5158-8756-6008.
Following approval, statutes must also be approved and the organization formally registered. We have the ambition to become a Worldwide movement and welcome everyone. If you live in Portugal, this is a great time to join us and be one of the founding fathers (literally). Or mothers.
Until all the legal paperwork is taken care of (expected date: September 2026), we cannot legally receive any donations in our name. But, should you want to do so, you can donate directly to one or more victims. Lawyers are very expensive and victims desperately need that. Just contact us and ask how.
Our goals
Short term goals
You can help us NOW.
- Improve this website - Help us now if you are a Web developer
- Gather more members: leave your contacts, especially if you live in Portugal
- Finish the legal creation of our NGO (a minimum number of members is necessary)
- Raise 15.000€. This is the minimum amount needed to provide immediate assistance to victims of domestic violence that cannot pay legal fees to get their children back.
Long term goals
Our Rules
Religion:
No religious debates here. Period.
Politics:
We have no political affiliation, but we support the rule of law and democracy. We kindly ask you to abstain from this subject in your comments and to draw a line between what is “law” and what is “politics”.
Law and Free Speech:
We support the rule of law, but we are very concerned with free speech in the Western World, especially in the EU, the UK and the USA (three key countries/zones that used to lead the World on this subject). Therefore, we will abide by the rule of law, but we will also expose corruption and wrongdoing among those who should protect victims – but chose to protect criminals instead.
Please abstain from:
- Defamation, harassment, sharing private information.
- Any type of prejudice based on gender, race, sexual orientation and all the other stuff.
